In this phase, our goal is to let you understand your options and make choices that reflect your style and budget. Based on the scope of your trip, we will agree on a planning fee  based on your needs on frequency of communication, method of communication, and research required for your itenerary.

In this phase, we will work with our travel partners, to ensure a seamless experience.

We are available to assist you as you prepare for your trip. and while on your travels as questions arise.
